Toys for Tots
It's that time again!
Coastal Mini Storage will be putting out their collection boxes for this years Toys for Tots drive. Every year Coastal Mini Storage acts as collection sights for Toys for Tots. For those of you unfamiliar with Toys for Tots it is a non-profit organzation that works to distribute toys to the less fortunate children in the community. The success of this program depends on the support of the local community and generosity of people who donate toys.
Coastal Mini Storage will be giving one month free to each NEW TENANT who brings in a NEW UNWRAPPED toy! Please help us make this Christmas special for a child this year.

Don't Recognize Us?...Just Wait.
The site has changed drastically in recent weeks. If the torn view didn't deter you, inside Coastal Mini Storage of Sneads Ferry you found the carpet is gone, the ceiling is torn, there is exposed insulation in some places and the heat from the missing sheet rock on the front side is undeniable.
Don't panic..Coastal Mini Storage of Sneads Ferry is not falling apart it's getting a much needed face lift. When construction is completed you'll find a larger front office with new carpet and a fresh coat of paint to match. On site you'll first notice the area enclosed by decorative aluminum fencing, paved parking and your valuables protected by a new keypad gate system. Finally for the first time you will have the option of both non-climate AND climate controlled units.Stay Tuned...

The power of the word of mouth...
A couple of weeks ago ...Travis, the manager at Coastal Mini Storage of Longs, SC was talking with Bill an outgoing tenant. Bill who was moving from his furnished condo asked Travis to keep him in mind should he run across anyone looking for a place to rent.
Within a few days Jim who was moving from Maryland came to Coastal Mini Storage of Longs, SC and happened to mention that he was looking for somewhere to stay for a few months while his home was being built.
Travis gave Jim Bill's name and telephone number.
Bill came by a while later, Jim had contacted him and decided to rent his condo. Wanting to express how grateful he was Bill offered Travis a reward. In repsonse Travis requested only one thing...send a referral if he had the opportunity.
