My wife Claire and I rented five units at the Cedar Point Coastal Mini Storage from February through November of this year. I would like to take this opportunity to let you know how pleased we were with this experience.
From the first moment we walked through the door until we released our units, Judy Hughes was the consummate professional. In addition to being extremely knowledgeable about her job, she was also very friendly, polite,
and engaging. On more than one occasion she went out of her way to accommodate our needs, answer our questions, and help us in any way she could.
I would also like to compliment Coastal Mini Storage on the security, maintenance, and construction of its facilities. Because of Judy's management skills we were very pleased with the cleanliness of our
building and always felt our possessions were very well protected. As you know the area had more than its fair share of heavy rainstorms this fall.
We had all of our possessions in storage and never once did we see any signs of leakage or other type of damage to our property. We felt very comfortable storing our belongings in your facility.
